Populations service stores and provides API to read and update population data. Population service consists of API web-service and a database.
- Population data: data about age and gender of inhabitants of a territory object
Population data - data about age and gender of inhabitants of a territory object and a sociodemographic indicators (moratality rate, fertility rate, etc) Territory object - a building, street, area, administrative unit, etc.
- urban_db and it's service works with natural data about the territory objects, while population data is synthetic
- Population data scheme should be maintained and updated separately from urban_db
- A need to provide population data separately for analytics
