Chunk formatting warning reappeared

[ctuguinay]

I am getting Supplying chunks as dimension-order tuples is deprecated in the data organization notebook (echostack-org/echopype-examples#86), but I thought that this had already been dealt with in #1454.

hey @ctuguinay, which environment are you using in echopype-examples? And maybe which versions of the main dependencies? thx!

[ctuguinay]

Hey Lloyd, I was using the latest package versions for Echopype (most recent commit on upstream/main), Dask (2026.7.1), Zarr (3.3.0), and Xarray (2026.7.0).
