Overview
Updates Cookie Pop-Up Protection copy across locales: settings toggles are reframed from generic “auto-manage” / “pop-ups without opt-outs” to reject optional cookies and accept cookies that can’t be rejected, with matching description text.

Adds new strings for an autoconsent onboarding or prompt dialog—titles, body text, default/reject options, confirm button, and a settings hint—each with variants for when auto-reject is already enabled vs disabled.

Also includes small Duck.ai search-hint translation fixes in Estonian, Croatian, Romanian, and Swedish (input_screen_search_only_hint).
