A manual run of the distribution pipeline takes an `archs` input: a ';'-separated list of duckdb archs. When set, the run builds and deploys exactly those archs, opt-in ones included, so osx_amd64 can be built and published from main on demand. Unknown arch names fail the run instead of producing an empty matrix. Push, pull-request and dispatch runs without `archs` keep today's matrix; osx_amd64 stays opt-in for those.
