Highlights 🚀

Focus and next steps 🎯

  1. Close the Hot Reload feedback loop: review Make CodeBehind generator incremental to fix EnC rude edits on x:Name changes #39281 against Investigate ENC0020 when replacing named XAML elements during Hot Reload #38993, especially rename/remove/retype behavior, and gather live-edit feedback for draft Add Vite live-edit HybridWebView sample #39289. Keep reproducible developer workflows central to acceptance.
  2. Validate platform fixes with users: invite artifact feedback on the Android and iOS changes above, especially rotation, tab navigation, and localized numeric keyboards. Confirm behavior on affected devices rather than relying on merge status.
  3. Keep automation claims precise: review open Fix unattended CI-fixer evidence retrieval #39237 for unattended evidence retrieval. Its description says hosted behavior remains unproven; merged Improve CI-fix Azure queue failure diagnostics #39243 improves diagnostics but does not resolve the separate Azure queue HTTP 400 problem. Track actual production evidence before declaring recovery.
  4. Track candidate integration: open [automated] Merge branch 'net11.0' => 'release/11.0.1xx-rc2' #39291 proposes net11.0 → release/11.0.1xx-rc2 synchronization; draft September 22nd, Candidate — .NET 10 SR12 (10.0.120) #38782 tracks the .NET 10 SR12 candidate. Confirm intended inclusions and outstanding validation through their existing processes—neither merge activity nor candidate naming establishes ship readiness.

Overall: encouraging progress across product quality and contributor productivity. The near-term opportunity is to turn landed changes into user-confirmed improvements while finishing the open Hot Reload and automation work.

Coverage: repository README, recent PR metadata, selected PR descriptions/code, default-branch commits, visible issue updates, and latest release metadata. The issue response withheld 46 items under the integration visibility policy, so issue totals and backlog trends are unavailable. Discussion activity could not be queried with the available read tools. No repository-wide CI health or release-readiness assessment was performed.
