Integrate only hybrid source e4e08ab on logging tip 2041d69. Preserve routing/failover policy and scoped dependencies, remove the custom fallback warning, and instrument owned leaves and outer pipeline with built-in logging and privacy-disabled telemetry. Clone options at each leaf with ConfigureOptionsChatClient and copy mutable stop sequences so a failed cloud attempt cannot alter local recovery. Cover response and streaming cloud mutations while preserving caller state and the simplified router. Extract the platform-independent generic test base and keep Apple as a thin subclass. Expand the corpus to 42 cases; retain the observed greeting-in-a-poem misroute as a failing RequiresModel regression without changing the production prompt. Summary
Adds Hybrid (local + cloud) to ChatPlayground. A short Apple Intelligence classifier returns
localorcloud. MEAI'sRoutingChatClientselects the shared Apple/Azure pipeline, withOrderedFailoverChatClientproviding cloud-to-local recovery. Tools, recordings and the Logs sidebar use the existing pipelines.Cloud receives the original conversation and options automatically, without redaction or per-turn approval. Do not use Hybrid for data that must stay on-device. Classification considers only the last user message and is best-effort. Classifier errors propagate; streaming failures do not recover after output begins.
All three MEAI packages now use one central 10.11.0 version, replacing project-specific overrides. OpenAI and required runtime dependencies are updated through the existing feeds. Tests retain focused routing, forwarding, failover, diagnostics and recording coverage, plus a shared 42-case real-model classifier suite.
