環境構築

1. Python 3.10.x をインストール する
2. git clone https://github.com/dokimiki/schoolNotif.git で、リポジトリのクローンを作る
3. コマンドプロンプト等で、上で作ったリポジトリまで移動する。
4. pip install -r requirements.txt で、LINE API等をインストールする
5. おわり！
