DITA-Bootstrap is undergoing a major reorganisation, and the repositories moving to a new location. See dita-bootstrap/dita-bootstrap.html#293
This PR generates a backwards compatible reference to the old
infotexturelocation and creates newdita-bootstraplinks to the new repo location.I also corrected some keyword references to some of my other plugins.
