Preserve the PCC compatibility constructors while using Domain and partition polytopes. Keep normalization policy in PCC: fixed reference inclusions select SetProg modeling spaces automatically and retain minimum weights; parallel-face families also enforce central symmetry. Evaluate native fitted gauges in PCC, including optional polynomial evaluation, and implement blocking duality for copositive certificates. Replace references to the unmerged symbolic partitions and explicit-cone constructors. Validated 2682 assertions across the focused copositive, conic, gauge, native-family, common-function, and certificate-duality suites against SetProg e6899a6. Ran JuliaFormatter over the repository.
Align the compatibility bound with the 0.4.4 version currently declared by SetProg main. Install the declared source explicitly on Julia 1.10, which does not support Project.toml source overrides. Verified dependency resolution and Pkg.build in fresh isolated environments on Julia 1.10.12 and 1.13.2; both track SetProg main at version 0.4.4.
