Allocate Failure in function openWavFile #3

Description

@fouzhe

I used gcc 5.4 and AddressSanitizer to build sound, this file can cause allocate failure when executing this command:

./parseSpeech -f allocate_failure_openWavFile

This is the ASAN information:

Input file : allocate_failure_openWavFileSize of chunk8
Size of chunk8
wBufferLength : 4293066752maxInSamples 4293066752
