Port of the TesseraStart atom from tessera-web (same port radicle-explorer carries as TesseraStart.svelte), replacing the app's own pill-shaped Login/Create buttons. Fixed untranslated words (Create @handle / Start), gold fill on the primary, chamfered clip-path silhouette, fingerprint mark on the primary only. The four now-unused i18n keys are removed.
