  • I have tested locally with vagrant init; vagrant up.
  • I believe this to be a bug.

    I added config.vm.provision "shell", path: "scripts/ubuntu.sh" and followed the example from https://raw.githubusercontent.com/hashicorp/puppet-bootstrap/master/ubuntu.sh and still get the same error.
