Release v0.121.0 of the Databricks SDK for Python.
This PR regenerates the SDK against the latest OpenAPI spec and bumps the version from 0.120.0 to 0.121.0. See the top block of CHANGELOG.md for the full list of API changes and the new authentication-types reference documentation.
