Document how to commit plugin config to a repository for team-wide setup, including the worktree/multi-clone caveat.
Add settings file documentation, update project-level section to use pluginConfigs instead of a separate .local.md file, and update the precedence table to reflect all five configuration sources.
Link to Dash0 settings pages for creating an ingest-only token and finding the OTLP endpoint URL.
