Replace address-based model configuration with generated YAML manifests
derived from ELF/DWARF metadata. River now validates a manifest at startup,
uses ASLR-safe this-relative and ELF-relative descriptors, and attaches
uprobes to discovered model hooks.
Add Code Descriptor enrichment, including support for multiple descriptors
in multi-model binaries, to expose Simulink graphical names and SIDs.
Migrate clients, dashboard, statistics tooling, and documentation away from
legacy JSON configs and raw addresses. Update demos to use manifest-aligned
signal/state names, add normalized graphical-name lookup, and remove
obsolete injectors, ASLR disabling, and pinned-map cleanup.
Add coverage for manifest generation/validation, descriptor enrichment,
duplicate static parameters, runtime name resolution, and verifier loading.
