Remove daos_epoch_io.c because it is unused. Move definition for io_conf_run to daos_run_io_conf.c since it is the only caller. Tag tests using daos_run_io_conf. Test-tag: daos_run_io_conf Signed-off-by: Dalton Bohning <[email protected]>
