- Features list now covers the first-run tour, the ? Help button, and Ctrl+Enter copy; the accessibility bullet reflects what was actually verified in the QA pass (focus indicators including the editors, token-level WCAG AA contrast, prefers-reduced-motion).
- Quickstart gains the no-build path: download the prebuilt static bundle from the latest release.
- Architecture diagram: the engine subgraph rendered as a filled background square; now transparent with a dashed theme-neutral border, and the engine-internal edges are declared inside the subgraph so the layout groups tighter. Rendering verified on this branch.
