Added a new dapi client for handling agent-related requests, including signup, verification, and status checks. Introduced agent tools that interact with the cosmic-backend's control plane, allowing for bucket-less project provisioning. Updated server and HTTP handling to support agent-specific routes and authentication. Enhanced stdio mode to allow scope selection for agent tools.
