Add the three documented donation operations missing from the plugin (verified against docs.daffy.org): accounts.createDonation (POST /v1/donations plus the /v1/users/:id/donations alternate path), accounts.getDonation (GET single donation), accounts.cancelDonation (DELETE). The new accounts.cancelDonation, accounts.createDonation, and accounts.getDonation calls are missing from the API reference and README. The API page still says it lists every operation, so users cannot find these calls or learn their inputs. Regenerate both documents to include them.
