Use structured fields for Cutt.ly error classification.
makeCuttlyRequest wraps transport errors as CuttlyAPIError instances without code or status. The remaining message matchers can therefore classify a transport error that contains a provider phrase. This can select RATE_LIMIT_ERROR, which enables five retries, or invoke a configured handler instead of DEFAULT.
Provider failures already carry structured fields: endpoint status failures set CuttlyAPIError.code, and HTTP failures set CuttlyAPIError.status. Remove the message-substring fallbacks from RATE_LIMIT_ERROR, AUTH_ERROR, and BAD_REQUEST_ERROR.

- msg.includes('rate limit') ||

+ return false;
...
- const msg = error.message.toLowerCase();

- msg.includes('invalid_auth') ||
- msg.includes('invalid api key') ||
- msg.includes('rejected the api key')

Split plugin.test.ts into client/endpoints/error-handler/schema/api suites with strict type-safe fixtures. Loosen stats.bots to number|string after live verification returned a plan-gated notice string. Live shorten+stats verified against the Regular API.

Description
Adds a Cutt.ly plugin for API-key authenticated URL shortening, custom alias and destination updates, click analytics, and returned QR code URLs. Cutt.ly API status values are converted into actionable errors, including authentication and rate-limit handling.
This PR implements the three operations of the official Cutt.ly Regular API (
https://cutt.ly/api-documentation/regular-api), all sharingGET /api/api.php:links.shorten(short) — shorten a URL with an optional custom alias, branded domain, public-stats and no-title flags; only provider status 7 succeeds.links.update(edit) — change the destination URL and/or alias of an existing short link; only provider status 1 succeeds.links.analytics(stats) — click analytics with an optionaldate_from/date_torange; only provider status 1 succeeds.Every endpoint validates inputs and provider responses with zod schemas. Live-verified against the real API (shorten returned status 7, stats returned status 1); this caught and fixed a real shape mismatch where plan-gated
stats.botsreturns the notice string"Insufficient subscription level"instead of a count — now modeled asnumber | string.Test coverage is split into five suites (50 tests, all passing):
client.test.ts,endpoints.test.ts,error-handler.test.ts,schema.test.ts, plus the env-gated liveapi.test.ts(CUTTLY_API_KEY; skips in CI so no secret is ever committed).Fixes #1673
Checklist
Screenshots / Demos
Latest run: 5 suites, 50/50 tests passing (
pnpm --filter @corsair-dev/cuttly test); liveapi.test.tsverified shorten + stats against the production API.Additional Notes
The documented regular API does not describe outbound webhooks, so this plugin intentionally exposes no webhook matcher. The Regular API also exposes no list/history endpoint, so there is no "view last shortened URLs" passthrough — link history lives in the Cutt.ly dashboard.
