How can I make it works with VS 2013 installed? #7

Description

@Monomachus

I don't have VS2010, only VS 2013 installed, so when running release.bat, I get

D:\GitHub\ContinuousTests>release.bat > log1.txt
Error on line 34 in D:\GitHub\ContinuousTests\Installer\ATEInstalle
r.iss: Source file "D:\GitHub\ContinuousTests\Installer..\ReleaseB
inaries\AutoTest.VS.RiskClassifier.dll" does not exist.
Compile aborted.

And in log I see this: AutoTest.VS.RiskClassifier.csproj(157,3): error MSB4019: The imported project "C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft\VisualStudio\v10.0\VSSDK\Microsoft.VsSDK.targets" was not found. Confirm that the path in the declaration is correct, and that the file exists on disk.

Is there an easy way to get it compiled for vs 2013?

Thank you
