Bug: Mobile View shows wrong data

Issue: The data displayed is stale and does not reflect the latest on-chain state because the Apollo cache is not invalidated.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Mobile View
2. Trigger the action
3. Observe the bug.

Expected behavior: The application should handle this gracefully without breaking the user experience.

Reopening — this was auto-closed by PR #275's "Closes #158" reference, but that PR's diff only touched frontend/TokenSelector.tsx, frontend/TransactionHistory.tsx, frontend/WalletConnection.tsx, and .gitignore. Nothing in that change references a mobile view or the stale-Apollo-cache issue this ticket describes. Still needs a real fix.
