Solved

  1. Used inverse_kinematics with set start_configuration, but found it still jumping randomly from frames
  2. Searching for better control to minimIze the motion through motion plan
    Question
  3. Wonder if we can use iter_ik to collect all solutions then we can compare to find a best solution
