Add Hive Commons Sandbox project maintainers, matching hivecommons/hive OWNERS.

.project/maintainers.yaml is in place at https://github.com/hivecommons/.project/blob/main/maintainers.yaml, and the .project display name is now Hive Commons while keeping slug/project_id as hive for CNCF linkage. Could CNCF staff please confirm the next daily project-maintainers-.project.csv generation picks this up under Hive Commons?
