Vercel Git Integration 已在 master 推送时自动部署；现有 GitHub Actions 又对同一 SHA 执行 CLI Production，最近 50 条记录中确认 14 组重复生产部署。

合并会触发现有生产渠道；Vercel 仍由原生 Git Integration 部署。若原生集成异常，可恢复该 workflow，但不应同时长期启用两条生产链。
