The simulation output is located in uvh5_output, with the rest of the directories being configuration files, scripts, and figures.

Files are hopefully named intuitively (NOTE THAT AS OF WRITING THIS I JUST REALIZED 24h SHOULD BE 8.5h).

The files with "128" in the name indicate simulation with MWA 128 antenna layout.

The files with "m20" in the name indicate simulation at -20 latitude (as opposed to 20 latitude).

The files with "xMHz" in the name indicate simulation at x MHz.
