- default.html: add meta description, Open Graph, and Twitter Card tags (covers all pages via layout chaining); improve <title> tags - sitemap.xml: new hand-rolled Liquid template (155 URLs, no plugin needed) - robots.txt: new; allows crawling and links the sitemap - _config.yml: add include: list so sitemap.xml/robots.txt/feed.xml are published despite the "*.xml"/"*.txt" exclude globs (also fixes feed.xml, which was 404 on the live site) - index_old.html: sitemap: false to keep obsolete page out of the sitemap Canonical/og:url use braindynamicslab.github.io (the actual serving domain; bdl.stanford.edu redirects elsewhere). - Tag all 80 papers with a controlled vocabulary (14 themes: TDA, brain-dynamics, modeling, creativity, psychedelics, meditation, depression, TMS, psychiatry, development, genetics, social, methods, mitochondria). Draft assignments for review. - papers/index.html: add a row of clickable theme "pills" that filter the list client-side (no plugin; works in GitHub Pages safe mode). Year grouping preserved; empty year sections auto-hide. Each card shows its theme chips (also clickable to filter). Subtle hover lift. - projects/index.html: single self-contained page. Responsive card grid (image banner, status badge, 1-2 sentence summary, year + funder, team headshots as avatar cluster, external collaborators). Status filter pills (All / Active / Completed), client-side, safe-mode compatible. - Add summary / status / team / collaborators fields to all 11 project posts. team[] links to team-member headshots + pages by full name; collaborators lists external co-investigators. Card-body clicks navigate to the project page; inner links (team-member avatars, title) still work independently. - Add projects: [<slug>] to 34 papers, mapping each to its project(s), drafted from the existing hand-typed project lists. A paper can belong to multiple projects (e.g. shared between quantrest and dp2). - paper.html: on project pages, auto-render "Papers from this project" by pulling every paper whose projects: contains the project's slug (via where_exp, safe-mode compatible). Newest first. - Remove the manual "Presentations/Papers" sections from all 11 project bodies (now generated automatically). Adding a paper to a project is now a one-line front-matter edit. On project pages, replace the plain authors line with: status badge, summary, team as circular headshots (name + link to team page), and a collaborators line. Project pages previously inherited the paper layout's empty PDF/DOI sidebar (col-lg-3), pushing the body right and out of line with the title. Split the layout: projects render image-left with title, meta, and body in one aligned full-width column; paper pages keep their sidebar unchanged.
