feat(verification): show CLI progress during proof runs

Summary

• show line-oriented progress and elapsed time during workspace preparation, backend setup, dependency acquisition, and proof execution
• keep subprocess output isolated in authenticated verification logs and point failures to the relevant log
• document the local and Docker console experience

Verification

• ./gradlew :julc-cli:test --rerun-tasks --no-daemon (390 tests, zero failures)
• real local backend required-signer run completed and classified successfully
• real Docker backend required-signer run completed and classified successfully
