Python 3.10 is end-of-life and dependencies are dropping it, which split the lock file into separate versions for 3.10.

  • Require Python 3.11+ and add the 3.14 classifier
  • Bump vispy to ~=0.17.0, which fixes the numpy 2.5 shape deprecation warning in the Lighthouse and Loco 3D views
  • Replace the numpy <2.5 cap (added for that warning) with ~=2.2, allowing numpy 2.5 and Python 3.15 wheels
  • Refresh uv.lock
  • CI: test 3.11-3.14 in nightly, use 3.14 in CI
  • Docs: update the Python requirement, point older Ubuntu users to uvx, and replace python3-pip with python3-venv in the apt line
