Add Model 1 as a standalone system with MAME and libretro-mame emulators. Games: Virtua Fighter, Virtua Racing, Wing War, Star Wars Arcade, Virtua Formula, Net Merc.

I don’t see the benefit of this… why? I prefer we keep reducing the Mame spawn since people are pushing back on it. |

I would say why not? Who prefers separate system will use it, who does not, won't. |

As of MAME 0.287: I hope you are not planning to add them all. |

How can you compare Sega Model 1 with some random noname machine? |

I'm also a Sega fan, and came to this PR thinking a new emulator was released, all excited... only to find out it's just MAME, with all the emulation bugs it still has on Model 1 (at least VF1 physics remain wrong). |

It is just a configuration option, nothing that anybody needs to use. |
