Shortcut: `decode` streams and pathnames passed to `jget`

Example:

(njson:jget #(1 "key" "foo") #p"/path/to/example.json")

This way one has an ever shorter feedback loop when working with JSON files. Which is a priority (is it anymore?) of NJSON.
