It's something I really need for my projects and I believe it can be useful to someone else. Also, it fixes something that appears to be a bug, when using minDate or maxDate the timePicker resets to zero. It's annoying for the end user to select the time starting from zero. The way I fix this was by deleting the line 628 in Source/Picker.Date.js. Maybe this is wrong, but everything appears to be working. What do you think?
