#### Motivation Dependabot opens a separate PR for `github/codeql-action/init` and `github/codeql-action/analyze`. When only one of them is merged, the two steps run different versions and the `analyze` step's post-job cleanup fails with "Loaded a configuration file for version '4.38.2', but running version '4.38.1'". This happened between apple#3674 and apple#3675. #### Modifications - Group `github/codeql-action*` in the `github-actions` Dependabot config. #### Result Dependabot bumps the CodeQL actions in a single PR, so they can't drift apart.
