Stop Release Drafter saving the Maven repository cache - #343

Its detect-version job ran help:evaluate with cache: 'maven' and saved a 2 MB repository under the same key as Verify's Linux jobs. Release Drafter finishes first, so those jobs restored the stub and skipped their own save.

detect-versionjob runshelp:evaluatewithcache: 'maven', so on every default-branch push it saves a 2 MB local repository undersetup-java-Linux-x64-maven-<pom hash>, the key Verify's Linux jobs use.
