The work machine enumerates its outputs as DP-1 (landscape) + HDMI-A-2 (portrait), but set-wallpaper.tmpl and noctalia/10-machine.toml.tmpl hardcoded DP-3 + HDMI-A-1 (home's names), so `noctalia msg wallpaper-set` returned "unknown output" and no wallpaper was ever set. Parametrize the connectors per .machine: home keeps DP-3/HDMI-A-1, work uses DP-1/HDMI-A-2 (same landscape/portrait image pair). Also correct theme-sync.md: Slack and Teams do NOT auto-follow the portal just by running on Wayland/Ozone — Teams needs `followSystemTheme: true` and Slack needs its in-app "Sync with OS" toggle. Document the Ozone hint source (environment.d/electron.conf) too.
Reconcile the tracked snapshots with the actual system: - drop wl-screenrec-git (superseded by gpu-screen-recorder, ADR 0018) - drop the retired v4 noctalia-qs/noctalia-shell; track v5 noctalia (extra) - add adw-gtk-theme (drives the GTK light/dark switch, docs/theme-sync.md) - add installed-but-untracked explicits: bruno-bin, chezmoi, fcitx5-hangul, maplemono-ttf, peazip, podman, podman-compose, tuxedo, xorg-xwininfo, zed - move peazip aur -> native (now in extra); add maplemono-ttf to aur.txt - drop bc/zip (no longer installed); keep discord tracked - lefthook is mise-managed (ADR 0007) -> removed from aur.txt just/shellcheck/shfmt stay mise-only and intentionally untracked.
Mod+E -> nautilus, Mod+Shift+Z -> zed (zeditor), Mod+G -> google-chrome. Mod+Z is avoided because it's fcitx5's input-method TriggerKey (Super+Z); Mod+Shift+E is niri's quit. Documented in docs/niri-keybindings.md.
