I managed to solve my problem, I work with PingFederate and I'm testing CIBA that's where I got this "invalid_grant" error so if you read this and have the same problem check your PingFed logs, one of the logs I noticed was:
Default Access Token mapping not configured for the selected token manager '<name of the OAuth access token>'.
I didn't understand at first what it meant because my token WAS mapped correctly, BUT then I realized "Default" was a mapping option. After adding this mapping everything worked.
