More default paths

I just discoverd that I proposed this in #7 but since that issue is closed because it was about something different I thought about opening another issue for this particular feature request.

Other interesting things (paths) that would be nice to have in the list:

• Project root directory(/ies)
• Project file's location (ST3 only IIRC)
• Costum paths you are browsing often (e.g. added by a setting)

I know that these are possible and I could implement it but I don't see this as a high priority (and do other stuff first) so I post this here again.

Sounds reasonable. Could just added to the sublime-settings file. I'll probably do this myself later or you can do it yourself. Thanks for the suggestion!

I'd really love to see this feature implemented. When I open up a project (not a file) Sublime Files should automatically navigate to the folder.

I was thinking with the sublime api you can store and sandbox each instance of sublime files so each window maintains its own settings. You could store the data in list by window data. sublime.Window.id() http://www.sublimetext.com/docs/2/api_reference.html#sublime.Window and each instance would remember the last location if a person switches between open windows. Also at startup have it load the projects folder if it exists.

I took a look at sublimes api and it doesn't look like there is a real way to interact with projects. I'll look a bit more later today

Oh thats pretty nifty, I'll play with it tonight. (Sorry, I've been pretty busy with work and just don't have as much time as I would like to invest in this project)

I just added some code that should do what we discussed.

Works really nice. There is still a few issues though. If you have multiple projects or windows open. Here is the current issue. I will try to explain clearly although that doesn't always happen. Hopefully this makes sense to you.

Example:
You open a window and load up Sublime Files, it starts in your projects current directory. Then you browse a few locations. Then you open another window and it defaults to its project location. And then you browse a bit. Well, when you go back to the first project the location is off because the navigating in the second project has affected the first window meaning where ever you browse in the second window it will be where you are in the first window. Vice Versa.

Fix:
We need a way to sandbox each window so each window maintains its own settings and does not bleed onto other windows. You could do this by using sublime.Window.id(), it will give you the ID (unique) of the current window where you could store some settings (like each time the directory is changed) with each unique id in a array or object (I program in other languages so I don't know what python has). This way each time you run ctrl + command + n it will automatically lookup the project ID in the array and find the last known position. This way each window has its own settings and remembers where it left off. I work with a lot of projects and I switch back and forth so it is very important.
