Useful especially with IQs in flight during a component restart or stanza correction XEP.
Instead of hashing it. Hashing does not improve uniqueness and makes replying to a continue a session needlessly complex.

Use UUID as part of stanza and session IDs to make them more unique -- especially needed for message correction XEP or if component restarts while IQs are in flight.
