Request: rebuild/release with updated dependencies (go, x/crypto, grpc, otel, thrift, go-jose) #685

Hi, we use the Databricks ADBC driver (currently v0.1.3, the latest release) and our dependency scanning is flagging several bundled dependencies as outdated:

• go/stdlib 1.26.5
• golang.org/x/crypto v0.54.0
• google.golang.org/grpc v1.77.0
• go.opentelemetry.io/otel v1.39.0
• github.com/apache/thrift v0.22.0
• github.com/go-jose/go-jose v3.0.4

Since v0.1.3 is already the latest tag, is there a plan to cut a new build against updated dependency versions? Thanks!
