Legit mode isn't working

Every time u try changing the numbers above 0,-- it changes back to normal mode and u can't really configure it properly with numbers way more higher than the standard preset.

How do u activate legit mode? it's not in the .exe configuration :(
I found it in the other separate files, but they're not linked to the program
