This PR adds Persian (Farsi) language support to Mimo Code.
Changes include:

I verified that the translation file is valid and that all translation keys match the English source. I also reviewed the translated strings for consistency, although I have not performed exhaustive UI testing.

Will be added after the translation is merged into a build.
