Adds JSON/base64 audio transport support to VonageFrameSerializer for the new Vonage Audio Connector audioTransport mode.
The serializer keeps the existing raw binary PCM behavior as the default, and adds an opt-in JSON mode that wraps PCM audio in JSON messages using base64 encoding.
Test
Tested using this example Vonage/audio-connector-server-samples#9
Work as expected.
