Overview
Automated QA manifest update for VirtoCommerce.Subscription: the module is now resolved from the AzureBlob prerelease source (VirtoCommerce.Subscription_3.1003.0.zip) instead of GithubReleases (previously 3.1002.0).

The GithubReleases entry for Subscription is removed so this environment only picks up the blob-packaged build. Remaining diff is JSON formatting cleanup in packages.json.
