Overview
Automated QA manifest update bumps the VirtoCommerce platform from 3.1058.0 to 3.1059.0 in backend/packages.json.

PlatformVersion and PlatformImageTag (image ghcr.io/virtocommerce/platform) are both updated to match. Module pins in the manifest are unchanged; the rest of the diff is JSON whitespace/formatting only.
