Single configuration URL change for QA theme deployment with no auth, data, or application logic touched in this repository.

Overview
Updates the VCST QA theme deployment pointer in theme/artifact.json from the 2.55.0 prerelease package (PR 2421) to 2.56.0 built from vc-frontend PR 2438.

The deploy workflow reads this URL and sets the corresponding Helm themes.* parameter, so QA will pull the new theme zip on the next deployment—no application code changes in this repo.
