Overview
Updates the Azure Blob module list in backend/packages.json so VirtoCommerce.WhiteLabeling is pulled from VirtoCommerce.WhiteLabeling_3.1004.0.zip instead of the prerelease artifact VirtoCommerce.WhiteLabeling_3.1004.0-pr-26-fdce.zip, and moves that entry to the end of the Azure modules array.

Other edits are formatting only (trailing commas/whitespace, indentation in GithubReleases, closing brace).
