Version 2.7.3 across the application, update helper, manifest, installer and library-sources distribution, with the dated changelog entry, the release notes, the in-app release catalog and the README paragraph. Modelled on #170.

Contents since v2.7.2

• Report completed updates, tune read failures and crash locations accurately #172: a completed update is reported as installed, tune read failures carry the failing methods, and crash signatures include the captured fault module. Wisp Tools accepts that signature since Views2k/wisp-site#395, which is live.
• Bump actions/setup-python from 7.0.0 to 7.1.0 #171 updates a CI action and has no release note.

Version pins: Wisp.App.csproj and Wisp.Updater.csproj (Version, FileVersion, AssemblyVersion), the app.manifest assemblyIdentity, MyAppVersion in installer/Wisp.iss, and LICENSES/library-sources-distribution.json (version and archive filename). The CHANGELOG and catalog date is 2026-10-27; it moves to the actual release day if the tag slips.

Release gate status

• CI on this PR: passed on 97c7e04 (build, tests, release content checks, CodeQL).
• Before tagging, a full CI dispatch on main after merge.
• Native renderer contract tests (Build-NativeRenderer.ps1 -RunContractTests): not run. Gap accepted on 2026-10-27, because no native renderer code changed since v2.7.2.
• Steam: the changes are platform-independent (update result handling, tune report shape, crash signature) and covered by unit tests. No live Steam check was run. Gap accepted on 2026-10-27.
• Xbox / Microsoft Store: the same assessment, recorded separately. No live Xbox check was run. Gap accepted on 2026-10-27.
