Documents the final v1.2.0 promotion lesson: the tag build's auto-submitted promotion request fails DEB digest binding (DEBs aren't bit-reproducible; the tag manifest carries its own rebuilt DEB's sha, which can't match the master-published testing content). Actual promotion uses promote-rpm-release.py --manifest-from-job — validated for 1.2.0 (promote build 27 dry-run, build 28 real). Docs-only.

The tag build's auto-submitted promotion request fails DEB digest
binding: DEB builds are not bit-reproducible and the tag build's
manifest carries its own rebuilt DEB's sha, which never matches the
master-published testing content. Document that actual promotion uses
promote-rpm-release.py --manifest-from-job (validated for 1.2.0), with
the tag-submitted request serving as the audit record.
