I'm not sure that fix is enough, i was actually investigating this exact issue today.
I ended up with some double encoding and issues when trying to edit an existing link.I have ended up only encoding & signs as a workaround, not pretty but it works.
If anyone is interested i can put it online tommorow.Niels

I was just doing some more testing and noticed the ‘&’ signs were causing some issues as well. If you want to put that online tomorrow I’d be happy to take a look at it.Aaron Fredette

I have forked and committed my changes here https://github.com/beansman/SitecoreFieldSuite
Please note, i have also added so that the "Link Text" is shown in the popup textbox.There is changes in js and c# code.
