…T protocol The DNS challenge has been 3RTT in this codebase: the requester sends confirmation=ready, the CA replies ready-for-validation, and the requester then sends verify=now to trigger the actual DNS lookup. The protocol specifies 2RTT: confirmation=ready should itself trigger the DNS lookup and return success or wrong-record. Remove the READY_FOR_VALIDATION status, the corresponding client branches, and the third-round test scaffolding.
